Released on May 17th, Artist Scott Snibbe’s iPad App Gravilux, just reached number one on the charts for Free iPad Apps. Gravilux beat out other popular apps like iBooks, ABC, Netflix and the Weather Channel. Through the world of interactive art, the App allows the user to have a “gravitational pull on a world of simulated stars.” As you touch the screen you are able to simulate stars and draw galaxies or explode them like a supernova.
