Camille’s projection on the side of City Hall will react and respond to pedestrian movement in the plaza. For a final test of the piece before the public opening Friday, Camille needs people to show up Thursday night, and walk or move in the plaza for a half hour. Your presence and movement will help her calibrate her software settings, and test if the piece is responding correctly to a large group of people.

Abundance is a public artwork by artist Camille Utterback commissioned by ZER01 with the generous support of the City of San Jose. At 8:00 PM, Utterback’s dynamic, abstract animation will be unveiled on the City Hall Rotunda by the artist and Chuck Reed, the Mayor of San Jose. Changing and evolving through pedestrian movement in the Plaza, sunset to midnight September 28 – October 6.
